Something as tiny as a grain of sand can spark off an idea or imagination of huge significance to the world. At PPROM, we cherish this dictum. Relentless flair for innovation, obsession for detail and quest for perfection has been our distinctive characteristics for over a quarter of a century.
From the first eco-friendly house PPROM built, to implementing Rain Water Harvesting, Geological Water Recharging, Solid Waste Management and Solar Power Generation – Passion for Quality has been its only constant. Through these novel concepts we nurture the symbiotic relation between man and nature.
We imbibe Gram Swaraj in our projects by creating sustainable employment and trade opportunities for villagers, thereby empowering rural parts and bringing about social transformation. By using Jambha stones instead of the customary brick and mortar, we have constructed cozy little nests for the typical Indian family, with everyone’s needs kept in mind.
The location of our housing projects reflects modern man’s need to live at peace and in harmony with nature, for we believe in the philosophy that he is born to live a happy, stress-free life.
The Board of PPROM comprises deeply conscientious individuals who advocate healthy competition, fair play, skill enhancement, professional motivation and trust – the prerequisites for a strong commitment to high standards of good governance.

An M.A. and B.Ed. from the Mumbai University, Mrs Sayali Joshi handles the Accounts Department for PROM as well as the Administration and Logistics for PROMKRAFT. Recipient of honors’ from DNS Bank, Vivek Magazine, RSS Camp, etc.

Having acquired a Master’s degree in Sociology, Mrs Vanita Salvi is in charge of the legal dept for PROM. She has penned several articles on a wide varieties of issues and has been felicitated as a leading Womanentrepreneur by DNS Bank, Dombivali and the Jain Samaj.
